Meet Jack Ingles

The business is led by Jack Ingles, who runs the crew and personally handles or oversees the work on your chimney. Jack grew up around wood heat and old brick homes, and he built First City around the way he would want his own family’s fireplace treated: thoroughly, honestly, and with the mess kept off the living-room floor. When you call, you are talking to the people who will actually be on your roof — not a distant call center.
